Job Information

We are seeking a hands-on and data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist (Contract) to support our growth efforts. This role will play a key part in helping DwellSafe test, learn, and scale paid marketing channels in a thoughtful, sustainable way. You will focus on developing and managing paid acquisition initiatives, with a strong emphasis on measurable performance, experimentation, and continuous optimization.

This is a contract role with flexible hours, ideal for a marketer who enjoys building from the ground up and thrives in a mission-led, early-stage environment.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Acquisition & Campaign Management

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid marketing campaigns across key channels (e.g., Google, Meta, and/or others based on strategy).
  • Test and refine targeting, creative, messaging, and budgets to drive qualified traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Support the development of a scalable paid media strategy aligned to growth goals.

Performance Optimization

  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data, insights, and efficiency targets.
  • Build and maintain a lightweight experimentation and testing roadmap to increase ROI over time.
  • Provide clear reporting and recommendations, highlighting learnings, wins, and next steps.

Collaboration & Insights

  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure paid efforts support DwellSafe’s broader marketing and product priorities.
  • Share insights on audience behavior, funnel performance, and emerging paid opportunities.
  • Provide input on landing page, messaging, and creative improvements to support stronger conversion.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience managing paid marketing campaigns with measurable results.
  • Experience with one or more major paid platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and convert insight into action.
  • Comfortable running scrappy tests with lean budgets and scaling based on evidence.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in early-stage or growth-stage environments is a plus.
