DwellSafe is a clinician-governed home safety platform built for the millions of people – older adults and those living with chronic mobility challenges – who want to stay safely in their homes. Health systems, payers, and value-based care organizations send their patients through a guided home scan, reviewed by a licensed occupational therapist, and get back a clinically grounded risk report with a clear path to action. Falls cost the US healthcare system over $80B a year, and most of that cost is preventable. We’re seed-funded, growing, and building the infrastructure layer that finally makes home risk something care teams can see, score, and act on.

The Role

We’re looking for a project manager to run delivery on our partner programs and help manage product. You’ll own the plan for each program, kickoff through launch, and the day-to-day work that gets it there, alongside the partnerships and clinical leads who own the relationships.

What you’d be doing

• Owning the implementation plan for each partner program from kickoff through launch - scope, timeline, deliverables and the open-question list
• Working as the day-to-day operational contact for partner teams, keeping them current on status and flagging risk before it turns into delay
• Translating partner commitments and internal priorities into a working roadmap and backlog, and writing the tickets that go with it
• Running planning and release testing with our developers, verifying changes before anything reaches a partner or a member
• Keeping program reporting and internal documentation accurate so the team and our partners are working from the same picture

What we’re looking for

• You’ve managed projects with real deadlines and other people depending on you. That could be at a job, an agency, an internship, or something you ran yourself.
• Strong communicator, written and in person. Most of this job is keeping partners, clinicians and developers on the same page, so clear emails, clear updates and comfort on a call are essential.
• Comfortable working directly with clients and partners. Responsive, and you raise problems early.
• Organized by default, with your own way of keeping track of work.
• Interested in how software gets built, with opinions about how it should work. Product experience is a plus, not a requirement.
