Job Information
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Director / Client Services Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving the growth of DwellSafe’s services. This role involves working closely with various types of partners—including healthcare organizations, home modification companies, non-profit groups, and retail partners—to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships with healthcare organizations, home modification professionals, and nonprofit partners to scale DwellSafe’s impact.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet client and partner needs, driving account growth and strengthening partnerships.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless delivery of personalized home safety solutions and a positive client experience
- Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients and partners to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide clients and partners with insights and recommendations based on data analysis and market trends.
- Manage client and partner onboarding and training, ensuring a smooth and effective implementation of DwellSafe’s solutions.
- Resolve client and partner issues and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience.
- Track and report on key account and partnership metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance client and partner services.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, client services, or related roles, with experience in managing partnerships in healthcare or related industries preferred.
- Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving client and partner satisfaction and growth.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
