Job Information

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Engagement Manager to join our team. This role is essential to nurturing relationships with partners—including healthcare organizations, home modification companies, nonprofit groups, and retail partners—while also ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for individuals and families using DwellSafe’s tools to assess and improve their homes. The Engagement Manager will serve as a bridge between diverse stakeholders and DwellSafe’s internal teams, ensuring satisfaction, scalability, and impact.

Key Responsibilities

Partner and Organization Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain relationships with partners, including healthcare providers, nonprofits, and home modification professionals.
  • Act as the primary liaison for partners, ensuring their needs are met while driving collaboration and scalability.
  • Provide tailored recommendations and updates to partners based on data, feedback, and market trends.

Residential User Support:

  • Guide and support individuals and families using DwellSafe to assess their own homes or those of loved ones.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive experience for residential users, addressing questions and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from individual users to continually enhance the platform and user journey.

Quality Assurance and Coordination:

  • Work closely with clinicians and technical teams to ensure solutions meet high standards of usability and accuracy for both partners and individual users.
  • Monitor and ensure the quality of user outcomes, maintaining DwellSafe’s reputation for excellence across all types of users.

Insights and Reporting:

  • Track and report on key performance metrics for both partners and residential users.
  • Identify opportunities to improve user outcomes and expand the reach of DwellSafe’s impact.

Qualifications

  • Experience in account management, client services, or a similar role, with experience in healthcare, consumer technology, or home safety industries preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to support both organizational partners and individual users.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
