We are seeking a motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will serve as a project manager on key product initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance and improve the DwellSafe platform. This role involves overseeing product development, managing project timelines, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage key product initiatives from conception to launch, ensuring alignment with DwellSafe’s mission and goals.
• Serve as a project manager, coordinating with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on user feedback and business goals.
• Gather and analyze user feedback, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions and improvements.
• Create detailed product requirements, specifications, and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features and improvements.
• Monitor and report on product performance, using data and analytics to drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.
• Lead quality assurance efforts, focusing on platform stability and reliability through robust testing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or related roles.
• Proven track record of managing product development projects from conception to launch.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for product management and collaboration.
• Strong attention to detail and a user-centric mindset.
